Australia, Bahrain, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Jordan, Mexico, Morocco, Nicaragua, Oman, Peru, Singapore, South Korea.
Not yet in effect, but ratified: Panama.  The US has a FTA with Israel and Costa Rica that does not include natural gas.
Non FTA ("NFTA") = Countries with which the US does not have a Free Trade Agreement, but for which there are no prohibitions against trade relations.
* Carib Energy is a much smaller project, planning exports of about 120,000 gallons per day or 250,000 tonnes of LNG per year.
